All breads are leavened naturally with my Omani sourdough starter, Dudette.

White flour + 20% whole wheat, starter, water and salt.

Cheese&onion

White flour + 20% whole wheat, starter, water and salt, cheese (cheddar/gouda) and onions.

Olives

White flour + 20% whole wheat, starter, water and salt, olives and herbs/nuts.

Ramadan Special

White flour + 20% whole wheat, starter, water, salt, and dates.

Cocoa

White flour + 20% whole wheat, starter, water, salt, cocoa and cranberries/dates.

Pumpkin

White flour + 20% whole wheat, starter, water, salt and pumpkin puree.
