I started making granola at home a while ago after buying a few different ones from the shop and realising they are full of s*** and don’t pass my test for what breakfast should be.
Also, you can customise it based on your taste. My main concern was how you sweeten it. Maple syrup makes it really nice, the flavour goes with whatever nuts are in there, also I would use honey, especially if you change the cashew for almonds.
But, why is this on the blog? Well, thanks to friends visiting and tasting my granola!
So after Tom liked it so much and said he needed the recipe so he could do it when he goes back home I named the granola after him and I put the recipe together properly so I can post it here for you.
